PrimeGov Announces Las Vegas and Dallas County as New Clients on Board Its Legislative Management Platform

October 31, 2018

PrimeGov today announced it is deploying its industry-leading agenda management solution for the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Dallas County, Texas. Both new clients have selected PrimeGov’s legislative management platform because of the new and innovative technology it is built upon, which enables enhanced capabilities including increased efficiency and streamlined meeting management. Its focus on the Clerk’s Office is also a distinct benefit.

PrimeGov’s legislative management solution comprises several components including committee management, agenda management, workflow, live meeting management, and video streaming, each catering to the needs of city staff at various stages of the legislative management process.

“Through this investment, the City of Las Vegas staff are set to benefit from improved meeting process management, increased efficiency, and enhanced productivity,” said LuAnn Holmes, City Clerk at the City of Las Vegas.

As part of this upgrade, all the meetings in both Dallas County’s and the City of Las Vegas’s current systems will be transferred to a centralized location on the PrimeGov platform, helping ensure standardized processes and a seamless migration for both new clients.

The PrimeGov solution offers enhanced transparency and accessibility for Dallas County and Las Vegas citizens. Some 2.3 million Dallas County residents and 630,000 Las Vegas residents will benefit from unrestricted access to view agendas, minutes, and videos of council and other public meetings online.

“It is very important for government agencies of this size to be able to run their legislative processes smoothly,” said PrimeGov founder and CEO Rich Drew. “We are delighted to be working with both the City of Las Vegas and Dallas County to help ensure the effective management of meetings, increased efficiency for staff, and greater transparency for the public. Our experienced team is committed to providing world-class support to our clients and we look forward to working closely with both the City of Las Vegas and Dallas County.”

In addition, PrimeGov’s technology facilitates a paperless approach to further streamline processes and improve scalability.
